Celtic Pride
The Celtics are showing the NBA why they are the NBA champions. They won their tenth straight game on Wednesday. The ten game win streak ties last years best run (and they finished with the championship). I think the Celtics are still good. The Big Three of Paul Pierce (the Truth), Kevin Garnett, and Ray Allen are all playing well offensively and defensively. Rajon Rondo, the Celtics speedy point guard, is causing some to think about changing the name to the Big Four. Against the Pacers on Wednesday he put up a huge triple double. He was the first Celtic to get a triple double in about five years. Rondo has really matured in his game since about the middle of last season. He showed how good he can be in the NBA Finals last year, and he has kept up that level of intensity. The Celtics easily beat the Pacers by a score of 114-96. The Pacers are one of only two teams to beat the Celtics this year, but this time the C’s showed Indiana who the better team was. Garnett had 26 points and 14 boards for Boston, Ray Allen went 6-9 from downtown, and Paul Pierce had a laid back game with 16 points. The Celtics are looking to repeat.
Also, the Heat won a huge game against the Jazz in Utah on Wednesday. Winning in Utah is extremely difficult, and this is a big deal for the worst team in the league last year. Dwyane Wade has put this Miami team on his back and they now have a record over .500 Good job Flash
