The Steelers Made History?

Published by bostonpride at 9:16 pm under Uncategorized, sports Edit This

Yesterday the Pittsburgh Steelers made NFL history. Apparently the Steelers victory over the Chargers yesterday was the first ever 11-10 game in NFL history. In almost 13000 games there has never been an 11-10 game before now. The Steelers won the game with 11 seconds to go on a 32 yard field goal. Technically, the score should have been 17-10 in the Steelers favor though. Troy Polamalu picked off a terrible lateral pass and ran it into the endzone, but the refs called it an “illegal forward pass”. Later on the referees realized their mistake, but it wouldn’t have done anything but change NFL history. The Steelers were the victors regardless. Pittsburgh is having another great season, let’s see if they can actually make it through the playoffs without choking this time. San Diego is not 0-13 in Pittsburgh. Nice job chargers.
